(**) Student registration fee: applicable to full-time students only. A letter from the Department Head/Chair confirming full-time student status will have to be uploaded during online registration.
Registration fees are exempt from VAT and include: Conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail, and conference banquet.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.
Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who are unable to attend and do not designate a substitute will be eligible for a refund, minus a €100 cancellation fee, provided that a written request is received by May 10, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued, and registrants will be liable for the full registration fee.
There will be no refund to the author registrants.
