Poster Submission


Poster submission is now open!

Please note that only abstracts intended for poster presentation will be accepted at this stage. Additional abstracts for oral presentations will not be considered.

The Call for Posters for the Congress on Numerical Methods in Engineering (CMN 2026) is now open. Poster presentations are an excellent opportunity to share research results, ongoing work, innovative methods, and new ideas with the international scientific community.

Posters will be displayed during the dedicated poster sessions of the conference program, encouraging discussion and interaction among participants.

Abstracts shall be written following the TS Word available below and should be one page long, including figures and references.

The final deadline for the submission of poster is Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

They are expected to briefly outline the main ideas, results and briefly describe the topic and the state of the art (including up to 10 citations), identify the lack of knowledge or the scientific /engineering research questions that the study aims to address, summarise the methodology, the results, and the conclusions, as well as describe their general significance. The name of the speaker at the congress needs to be underlined.

A unique contribution is allowed to each poster presentation.

The system only accepts PDF files for the abstract contributions.

Instructions for poster submission:

  1. Register to the conference website (here) using your email address. Introduce the confirmation code received by email and select a password.
  2. Login to your account (here).
  3. In the section “My Profile” (here), complete your personal information.
  4. In the section "My Contributions” (here), click on "Submit contribution” and fill the required information about your abstract.
  5. Click the “Submit” button.

Poster Presentation Guideline

All accepted posters will be presented during the official poster sessions of CMN 2026.

Detailed poster format specifications (dimensions, printing recommendations, and setup instructions) will be provided after acceptance.

At least one author must be present during the assigned poster session to present the work and answer questions.

Poster acceptance is conditional upon registration of at least one author before the official registration deadline. Posters without a registered author will not be included in the final program.
